How Your Order Gets from Us to You
At Love Anchor Canggu, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently.
- Orders placed before 10 AM (WITA) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed on the next business day.
- Same-Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12 PM WITA (Bali time).
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Indonesian public holidays.
Shipping Partners & Delivery Times
We use trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable deliveries:
- Indonesia: Lion Parcel (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days)
- International: FedEx, TGI, Indonesian Post & DHL (Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days)
Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing. If you need your order urgently, we recommend contacting Lion Parcel or FedEx directly.
You can track your order through:
- Domestic (Indonesia): lionparcel.com
- International: fedex.com
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment with Lion Parcel (Indonesia) or FedEx (International)
If you do not receive your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Delivery Policy
Returns & Refunds for Faulty Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, running dye, torn hems), we will issue a refund or replacement.
To process a refund:
- Send clear photos of the faulty item to our customer service email.
- Our team will review and approve the refund request.
- Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Shipping Responsibility: Once your order is shipped, Love Anchor Canggu is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services.
- Correct Shipping Details: Customers must enter the correct delivery address, phone number, and email at checkout. Undeliverable parcels due to incorrect details will be returned to us, and a re-dispatch fee will apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery Times & Delays:
- Estimated delivery times are from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase.
- Customs clearance may cause delays depending on the regulations of your country.
- Signature Upon Delivery:
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you.
- If a package remains unclaimed for 5 days, it will be returned to us, and additional re-dispatch fees will apply.
- Unclaimed Orders:
- Returned orders will be held for two weeks before cancellation if the customer does not respond.
6. Order Cancellations:
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (with a full refund) if items are unavailable.
7. Packaging & Risk:
- We take care in packaging your order, but Love Anchor Canggu is not responsible for damages once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
8. Customs & Import Duties:
- Some international orders may incur customs fees or import taxes, which are not covered by Love Anchor Canggu, FedEx, or Lion Parcel.
- These charges depend on your country’s customs regulations. Contact your local customs office for details.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, it will be returned to us, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
