How can I track my order?

For shipping, you can track your order by entering the Pos Indonesia Airway Bill Number on Pos Indonesia tracking page.

I have completed my payment, can I add more items and shipped together with my first order?

Once you have completed your payment, you will have to place another order to buy more items.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

You can contact us by filling in the contact us form.

An item is missing in my order, who should I contact?

In this case happens, please contact us.

Can I exchange my order at your store?

Unfortunately, you can’t exchange your online order at the store. You need to contact us and we will arrange to ship the item to you. However, please be aware that we will only exchange items if the items received by customers are damaged.

Can I order sold out items?

Sold out items are available for pre-orders.

What is the return and exchange policy?

How long will the shipping take after we place an order?

For payment of credit card use we will help check in advance to avoid misuse of credit card (1 – 2 days).
So the estimated product(s) will arrive at the shipping address during 1 – 2 business days in Bali area and up to 5 – 7 days outside of Bali area.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We’ve been in Fashion Production for more than 20 years, we regularly produce for our brand LOVE ANCHOR which sells 1000s of units per month from our flagship store in the heart of Canggu, possibly the busiest shopping complex in Bali. We currently produce for a number international brands in USA, Europe  Australia, Scandinavia, Singapore & Japan.
